- How much does shipping cost?

How do you go about shipping your products?
All items will take 2-3 days to be processed and shipped. Products shipped within The United States of America will be shipped through The United States Postal Services and will take up to 5 business days to be delivered. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your item(s) are shipped. After a package is marked delivered in accordance to tracking, Saki's Closet is not responsible for any lost items.

Refund/Exchange Policy
- How can I obtain a refund for my purchase?
All items must be returned/exchanged in brand-new condition, unworn, with original tags in-tact, in original packaging.
Customers MUST FIRST contact customer service to confirm of eligibility for an exchange or return. When requesting a refund or exchange, please be prepared to provide photographs clearly showing the problem matter and its tracking number so that we can better serve you. You have three (3) days after delivery to contact customer service for an exchange or refund. You have four (4) days after contact with customer service to ship any exchange/returning packages.
Customer service holds the right to accept or reject a refund or exchange upon given circumstances:
- If you have received the absolute wrong item. If you have received the a product not in accordance to your order, please have your order number prepared for customer service. We will gladly review your order and send you the correct item. As far as the wrongly received item is concerned, it will be our gift to you for the inconvenience. This can be a dreadful process for both us and our customers; thus, we vow to do our best to avoid this mishap.
- If you have received an item in the wrong color. You are eligible for a full refund after customer service confirms you have received the wrong colored item. Perceived color differences due to the display of your computer monitor will not be eligible for refund.
- If we have sent you a defective item. All products are thoroughly inspected for damages before packaging. We are not responsible for any damages that may have happened during the shipping process or after you have opened or tried-on the product. However, if an item is defective due to poor manufacturing you have the opportunity to send us photos and if we deem the item eligible you will receive a full refund or exchange on that item. If you choose to do an exchange, you must ship the item to the address provided by customer service and you are responsible to cover shipping costs. Upon receipt of the defective goods, a new product will be sent to you free of charge.
- If you have chosen the wrong size. We provide size charts and you may look at the model in the picture for your judgement. Be aware of your body size and the selections you make. As stated above, items may not be returned if they have been worn. If you put the item on your body to perceive the size, we will consider it worn. Most of our items are "one-size". If you can typically wear "one-sized" items, go for it! As far as varied sized items, please see our size chart or feel free to contact us if you may need our opinion on sizing. Our size chart was built to provide you optimal size judgement. Final judgement on sizing is solely up to your perception. We will NOT refund items if you chose the wrong size; nor, will we exchange the item due to limited quantity available. Size at your own risk. We send our deepest apologies if this is an inconvenience to you.
Payment
- How do I make a payment? After you have added item to your cart, you may review your cart by clicking the "Cart" link. After reviewing your cart, you may proceed to checkout. You will fill out your information and pay in USD at checkout. All payments are processed through a system called Stripe.
- What forms of payment do you except? Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club We also accept gift and prepaid cards that are one of the listed types of cards.
- How long will it take for me to receive a refunded payment? Your refunded payment should show up directly in your bank account in 5-10 business days.
